What does it allow?
Auctions are public sales to the best bidder. Auctions are public and, therefore, everyone capable of acting under law, who has no legal impediment or restriction, and is correctly identified, can participate.
With the entry into force of Royal Decree 1071/2017, auctions of BASE’s real estate will be performed electronically and those willing to participate will have to access Portal de Subhastes del Butlletí Oficial de l’Estat (https://subastas.boe.es)
