El Texto Refundido de la Ley del Catastro Inmobiliario, (Revised Text of the Land Registration Law) approved by the Real Decreto Legislativo (Royal Legislative Decree) 1/2004, 5 March, establishes that property owners must declare physical, economic and legal alterations to property.

BASE-Gestió d’Ingressos has a collaboration agreement with the Dirección General del Catastro (Land Registration Board) which allows it to handle the documentation needed for these declarations.

The physical or legal alterations are declared in the 900D model, which incorporates information on the necessary documents for each type of alteration
