Account of Processing Activities
The European Parliament and the Council by-laws in relation to the protection of natural persons concerning personal data and free movement of this data (GDPR) and the Llei Orgànica de Protecció de Dades Personals i Garantia dels Drets Digitals law on data protection (LOPD-GDD) establish the obligation of those responsible to keep and Registre d’Activitats de Tractament, or Account of Processing Activities.
This Registre d'Activitats de Tractament gathers information in relation to the processing officer, processed data, purpose of the processing, recipients of the information and the way to exercise statutory rights to persons concerned.

- A description of categories of those concerned and personal data
- Categories of recipients that are receiving or will receive personal data
- When possible, time limit for the suppression of the various data categories
